01The service
OnlyVerified is a business directory where every listing is human-verified. We provide the platform; businesses provide their information and are responsible for its accuracy.
02Accounts
One account per business owner, verified by phone. You’re responsible for what happens under your login. You must be 18+ and authorized to represent the business you list.
03Verification
Verification confirms documents at a point in time; it isn’t an endorsement or guarantee of service quality. Submitting forged documents ends your account permanently. We re-check listings on a rolling basis and may pause a badge while we do.
04Plans & billing
Basic is free forever. Verified Plus ($16/mo) and Premium ($66/mo) bill in advance, monthly or yearly ($190 and $790 per 12 months). Cancel anytime — paid features run to the end of the billing period, then your listing drops to Basic. No partial refunds except where the law requires them.
05AI-generated content
AI blog posts and BizBot replies are generated from your listing and your briefs. You own the drafts, you’re responsible for what you publish, and AI content on listings is labeled. Don’t use AI features to publish misleading claims — that’s a conduct violation.
06Reviews & conduct
Reviews must come from real customers. Buying, trading or faking reviews — positive or negative — gets a listing removed. Harassment, spam and scraping are prohibited.
07Termination
You can close your account anytime from the dashboard. We can suspend accounts that break these terms, with notice and a chance to appeal except in cases of fraud.
08Liability
The service is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is capped at what you paid us in the last 12 months.
