Dogs 'N' Pups

The Prodcut and After Sales Service of this store is pathetic. I bought a packet of Persian adult cat food which turned out to be adulterated. Asked them to replace it but the staff is really arrogant and least bothered about replacing or refunding the product. Even after buying the product just few hours back they say that it is none of their concern if the product is adulterated or harmful for the pet and are not even ready to replace the product. They don't know how to speak politely and Very Arrogant Attitude of the Staff. Have attached pics for reference. Never buy from this Store.

Terrible grooming service. Can’t take or follow instructions. And I guess subtle animal cruelty is at place. My cat and dog act very scared after the salon visit. Never again. Did not ask for a zero cut for my cat, they still did that. Asked them to trim the mane, they didn’t understand and now the mane is extremely long. (They said the trimmer isn’t sharp to do it properly). My dog is constantly itching and licking around his genitals due to a close shave which makes it itchy. Please avoid if you love your pets.

I had taken my 2 shih tzus for a hair cut. One of them got nicks and cuts on her body and the other was wounded badly on her inner thigh. The skin was ripped off and there was a gaping hole left beneath. The guy said she had bitten herself. I took her to the vet and he confirmed that it was not a bite mark but it had happened because of carelessness of the guy while using the machine. As she was in lot of pain he gave her a TT injection along with pain killer and antibiotics. If you care about your pet, please do not take them to such inexperienced people

The pups in the store are treated horribly. Never taken out for walks. They seem under serious trauma. The pups seem so eager to go out, just crying. The little yorkshire even looked sick. They need to be rescued.

My dog’s belly was full of scratches and bruises after grooming. These guys don’t allow you in while trimming, now I understand why.

A bit disappointed the way they attempted to handle our cat. Could not take any service from them and had to come back. We felt they did not make any attempt to be friendly with my cat. You can't simply handle them without knowing or been friendly especially when they don't allow owners inside their work area.

Awesome store to buy food and good environment.

They do have a decent variety when it comes to pet accessories but they are exorbitantly pricey! I asked for a steel leash, which they were charging 950 bucks, whereas on flipkart, I was getting it for just 270. When I tried to ask for some discount, the person at the counter simply told "Mujhe mat dikhao yeh sab, jao aur flipkart se le lo" (Don't show me all this go buy it from flipkart" .. Which is think is just too rude. I mean, you can even price it for 9lakh rupees for all i care but one should never insult a customer who was just asking for some discount.

Extremely disappointed Staff is not at all polite they even don't know how to talk to the customer I went to buy digiton for my Shih Tzu they were not at all polite when I was enquiry about that product moreover the digitone it altered product which I bought from that shop it's having white black algae type things in that I wasted my 200+ rs in that That shop is having so many dogs in crate as I am pet lover I was going nearby one Yorkshire so this staff said don't touch them and here is your order and please go ... This was the way they talk to people I don't understand why this shop is running after having so many complaints about there product and staff behaviour

Staff is Good at assisting. We had a lot of stuffs from here. They also provide 10% discount on 2nd visit. The only thing I didn't like is we have to remove shoes before entering the shop and the dogs in cage.

Great experience. Very happy with the way animals are handled. Staff is very caring. I have a Shih Tzu 4 years old little stubborn but handled very well by Akash in Nerul branch from the day 1. Wonderful grooming skills by Akash. I also would like to thank Kaustubh for great support. Thank u dogs and pups for being there.

Dogs 'N' Pups is a great place for grooming for your dog let be a haircut or cleaning. The price is reasonable as compared to the other places and it's clean and hygienic. I have been getting my dog for a haircut since 3 years now and I have had no complains. Always received a good service.

I called them to ask about a puppy. So arrogant. Guy doesn't know how to speak politely. Worst store ever. Overpriced and very rude staff. I simply asked for a picture of a puppy before buying it and he questioned me ki kyu chaheye and very rudely he said kahi aur se lele. Unacceptable attitude.

Fantastic place for Pet spa. It's a complete clinic plus a grooming salon. The staff is super friendly and extremely sensitive to your pets needs. Absolute experts in grooming pets! They manage ur pets with ease. They also have a pet store where you can buy all sorts of items from food to collars to perfumes for your pet!

Very experienced sales team, knows exactly what you need. Please trust what tgey say because the results are more then your expectations. Wonder why these guys have not been on mumbai mirror or any other news paper so far for their service. The place is so immaculate and hygeine. You don't realise that you are in a pet shop because that oder is nowhere around even when they have pets in display.

The pets are treated so horribly.And they seem so eager to get out of their cages and they are literally caged more than half of the day…..the lady at the store doesn’t even let them get out
