### Who is the vet, and when is the clinic open?

No. 9323, at Shop No 7, Paradise Palace, Sector 6, Palm Beach Rd, Nerul, Navi Mumbai 400706. 11 AM to 6 PM by appointment, 6 PM to 9 PM walk-in (no appointment needed). Call 8879904405. ### How do I book a grooming appointment?
Both salons are open 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM daily, with hourly slots. Call Nerul on 9987058137 or Kharghar on 9892338137. The free slots are shown on www.dogsnpups.com/pet-salon and update every 5 minutes.

### Do you deliver?
Yes. We offer free shipping in Navi Mumbai, with up to 30% off selected products. To order, call 8899889912.

### Do you sell puppies?
Yes. Our puppies come in toy, small, medium, large and giant sizes: for example Toy Poodle, Toy Pomeranian, Maltese, Maltipoo, Shih Tzu, Beagle, Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, American Cocker Spaniel, English Bulldog, Labrador and Golden Retriever. Availability changes often: see www.dogsnpups.com/dogs or call 8899889912.

### What is included in basic grooming?
Eyes and ears cleaning, nail clipping and filing, pawdicure, brushing, de-matting, de-shedding, sanitary trimming, shampoo and conditioning, blow dry, final brush-out and perfume, for ₹1,500. Full Grooming (₹2,000) adds a haircut and hair styling.

### Why is there no perfume after a tick treatment?
If your pet has a tick treatment or a medicated wash, we skip the perfume. It is not good practice to perfume a pet after special treatments: skipping it keeps your pet safe and helps the treatment work better.

### How often should my dog be groomed?
About once a month, especially in summer, with a tick treatment every now and then. Please do not attempt nail clipping, ear cleaning or de-matting at home: it can hurt your pet if not done correctly.

### Do you treat cats, birds or exotic pets?
Yes. Our veterinarian looks after dogs, cats, birds, reptiles, hedgehogs and other small or exotic pets.

### Do you vaccinate pets?
Yes, at our Nerul clinic. The veterinarian will explain the right vaccines for your pet and the schedule to follow. Call 8879904405 to book.
